This practice moves slowly, with intention and curiosity, exploring shapes and movement that build both stability and mobility.  Yoga Fundamentals explores asana (postures), and may include both pranayama (breath practices) and / or meditation. 

 

Yoga Fundamentals is a welcoming practice, appropriate for those new to yoga, as well as established practitioners who are looking to refine their practice.
