Meditation Practices for Resilience and Healing: Friday mornings via Zoom

8:30 to 9:30 a.m. US Eastern

Tiered pricing: $20-28.

Each week we explore two meditation practices. The first practice is offered in a guided format and rotates between lovingkindness (metta), gratitude, and forgiveness. We then take a couple minutes to rest or journal.

The second practice is either mantra, breath awareness, or practitioner's choice. This second practice is instructed but then space is given for an uninterrupted experience.

You can meditate while sitting, standing, or lying down. I encourage you to find the position that works for you, and also to shift positions when you need to. You can meditate with your eyes open or closed.

This is an interactive group, as opposed to a one-directional, live-streamed, or pre-recorded experience.

Suggested materials: a chair, meditation cushion, or anything else comfortable to sit or recline on, and perhaps something to journal with.
